One of the biggest features of CHTF is that there has been an all year round operating Technology Transfer Center besides the annual Fair in October of each year. It absolutely break the time limit of previous fairs in which the trading activities can only be performed during the Fair time. Also, the Online Transaction System which established through Internet will let the Hi-tech Project Party and Investor Party conduct the Materials Registration, Information Enquiry, Online Communications at any time and at any place.

Project Party: Pure Owner of Technology or Enterprise who is carrying out a specific project.

Investor Party: Person or Unit who want to cooperate with Project Party through various investment means.

The Project Party, before raising the materials, please notify the following: the Applicant must be the Legal Owner(Holder) of the Technological Achievement. For any dispute raised from infringement to other's legally-protective intellectual property shall all be the responsibility of the Applicant. The Applicant must guarantee that the Technological Achievement is reliable and can be re-realized. Also, the technological achievement must not involve the national security or significant national interest. For any content of Technological Achievement which need security please specify and apply.
