CHTF 2006 will be held in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from October 12-17 2006. To ensure maximum convenience, please note the following admittance rules:
I. Admittance to CHTF 2006 is limited to visitors with tickets or visit Permits. Visitors should fill in “CHTF Visitor Registration Form” before purchasing tickets or applying for visit permits.

II. Tickets
1. Ticket service in downtown Shenzhen: from September 29 to October 11, ticket service is available at Shenzhen Commercial Bank outlets in urban Shenzhen areas; from October 12-17, ticket service is available at Shenzhen Commercial Outlets across the Special Economic Zone. 2. Site ticket service: October 13-17, 8:00 a.m.-16:30 p.m., location: ticket offices at the north, east and west gates of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.
Exhibitor certificates and passports are requested for ticket purchase by exhibitors and foreigners. Letters of introduction (or certificates) are requested for the purchase of group tickets (more than 5). Preferential prices are available for one-time purchase of a certain number of tickets. 3. Online ticket reservation: tickets can be booked through the website of CHTF www.chtf.com or Shenzhen Commercial Bank: www.chtf.com from September 1 to October 17.

III. Change tickets with invitations: Ticket change service time for October 12 is adjusted to 8:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.; the time for October 13-17 remains 8:30 a.m.-16:30 p.m. Locations of ticket change service: the north, east, west and sough gates of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, and the underground parking lot. IV. How to apply for a visit permit:
You can take your business card that proves you are a member of the hi-tech industry and fill in a “CHTF 2006 Professional Visitor Registration Form” during the October 10-17 timeframe. In the meantime, you are requested to provide a 1” picture in red background and pay RMB 200 for your visit permit. (For more information, please 0755－82848969/82848970 at the site.）

V. Admittance time adjustment:
October 12: Paid ticket holders: 9:00 a.m.-16:30 p.m.; free ticket holders: 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.; October 13-17: unchanged, i.e.: 9:00 a.m.-16:30 p.m.
 
Special reminding: a traffic control will be imposed on Fuhuasan Road from the Jintian Road cross to the Yitian Road cross (See announcement of the traffic administration authority for detailed time arrangement).During the time, visitors will have to enter the site from the east, west and the south gates only. Please plan your visit time and itinerary accordingly.
