The ceremony of “Shenzhen R&D Base of Changhong” laying foundation was held in the southern region of Shenzhen Hi-New Technology Development Zone recently. Mr. Ma Songde, vice minister of Ministry of Science and Technology, and Mr. Liu Yingli, vice mayor of Shenzhen presented at the foundation ritual.
